By entering the giveaway, you agree to all the rules.
Prizes: All 58 prizes totaling over $1,650 are listed in the Prize Album. The grand prize is a Little DeMoura Designs $50.00 Gift Voucher redeemable at www.littledemouradesigns.com.
Eligibility: Giveaway is open to residents worldwide at least 18 years of age. Winners are subject to all federal, state, and local reporting and taxation rules.
Winners: 1 winner for each prize will be randomly drawn from the pool of total entries via random.org. Winners will be notified by email through their registered Facebook email address within 1 week after giveaway end and will have 48 hours after that to reply to claim their prize. Prizes not claimed within 48 hours after winning notification has been sent will be forfeited and a new winner will be selected for those prizes. If your FB email address is not current, please update it to ensure you receive our email. Please also make sure littledemouradesigns[at]gmail.com is listed as a “safe” email so that our messages are not treated as spam.
Shipping: Physical prizes (ie. anything other than gift certificates and store/stop credits) will be shipped to US addresses at no charge. International winners are responsible for any shipping costs and import-related fees not covered by the sponsor. Little DeMoura Designs and all other sponsors are not liable for any loss or damage of prizes while in transit.
Mandatory Entries: “Liking” each sponsor’s Facebook business page is a mandatory requirement to enter the giveaway. Winners may be asked to perform a short series of simple steps to confirm they completed this requirement at the time they entered the giveaway. Any winner unable to complete these steps will be disqualified.
Waiver of Liability: Little DeMoura Designs shall not be held liable for any other sponsor who does not fulfill his/her obligation of sending the prize but please email us if you are experiencing a problem so we can help facilitate communication. Little DeMoura Designs and all other sponsors shall not be liable for any loss or damage of prizes while in transit or for any damage, injury, or any other claims incurred as a result of usage of a prize.
